> Abigail Eiler
Abigail Eiler, LMSW, MSW, QMHP is a licensed clinical social worker and educator with more than 15 years of experience. Abigail is Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work at the University of Michigan. She also serves as an Assistant Athletic Director, Chief Diversity Officer, and the Director of the Athletic Counseling and Performance Team, which is housed in the Student Athlete Health & Welfare Department.
As a former D1 student-athlete, Abigail understands both the joys and challenges that it takes to perform at an elite level in the classroom and in sport. She utilizes evidence-based practice modalities and practice-based evidence to help athletes achieve their mental health and performance-related goals. She uses a strengths-based perspective framework. Her goal is to help each athlete become the best versions of themselves as they navigate life and sport.
