A clinical and sport psychologist based in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Kensa Gunter primarily works in the world of high performance sport, providing counseling and consultation services to individuals, teams and organizations. She’s committed to humanizing conversations about mental health, and highlighting the impact of individual, cultural, social and systemic factors when talking about health and wellness.
She currently serves as the Director of NBA Mind Health, the league's mental health and wellness platform. She also serves on the International Board of Directors for Little League International, and is the immediate Past President of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
